The Hollywood Hills house is a privately owned 3000 Sq. Ft., Single Story, 4BR/3BA Single Story vacation home.

Our bed layout is as follows; 1 King Size Bed, 3 Queen Size Beds, 2 Full Size Beds, 1 Twin Size Bed & 1 Twin Roll-Away Bed.

We are the Ultimate Vacation Home for multiple families or groups vacationing together, you can enjoy year-round fun and sun for the entire family at our Hollywood Hills home, totally redone as an Adult 'MEDIA' home. With two master suites and being situated on a fenced 1/4-acre lot, we offer a secluded screened in patio with a 15' x 30' heatable salt water swimming pool experience.

Please note that this home is located in a residential neighborhood and loud noise or parties with numerous cars are never allowed, and we currently are not accepting monthly rentals and have a maximum rental of 21 days. Thank you for your understanding!

Rest assured that we are a City of Hollywood (B9060718-2025), County of Broward & State of Florida (DWE1621185) licensed vacation rental.

Amenities & Accommodations

The open & airy living room welcomes you as you enter the home. It features a large leather sectional that wraps around the front bay window. In addition, there is a unique center table that houses four ottomans allowing seating for twelve.  

The dining room area features a wood table with seating for eight, a chandelier and a large glass hutch. Patio access is via Sliding Glass Doors.  Additional seating is available for dining in the kitchen (5) and on the covered patio (11).

The kitchen is equipped with service for 10 as well as all the pots, pans, cookware necessary to create your own gourmet meal.  We feature an electric stove, a single oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a side-by-side refrigerator with filtered water and ice dispenser.

The dedicated laundry and office area boasts 1GB High Speed Internet WIFI access is provided with a laptop and printer onsite. The utility area contains a washer/dryer and wash basin.

The highlight of the home is our 24' x 24' Adult Media/Billiard Game Room.  Our adult media game room features 6 home theater seats that recline fully. In addition, there is a 65" 4K HDTV providing Amazon Prime Video as well as Netlfix, Max and Sling streaming services.  This room is surround sound enhanced and also contains an 8' Billiard Table, 3 Billiard Spectator Chairs, a Pub Table Set and a separate wall air conditioner. Great fun will be had in this room!

Bedroom 1 is large and features two full size beds and one twin size bed with mirrored closet doors.   Inside you will find a dresser, a nightstand and a lighted ceiling fan along with a 22" LCD HDTV controlled by Amazon Firestick.

The shared bathroom is spacious and well appointed. It features a marble counter top with double sinks and mirrors. The bathtub also provides a shower. To ensure your level of comfort, the bathroom also has a large window with privacy glass.

Bedroom 2 is very large and features two queen size platform beds with mirrored closet doors.  Inside you will find a dresser, a center nightstand, a lighted ceiling fan and a 26" LCD HDTV controlled by Amazon Firestick. 

Bedroom 3 (2nd Master) is very large and features a queen size sleigh bed, a dresser with two nightstands, a lighted ceiling fan, sliding glass door pool/patio access, a loveseat couch, a bar with two stools and a 26" Wall Mounted LCD HDTV controlled by Amazon Firestick. The bedroom has an ensuite bathroom that features a marble countertop with a single sink and matching mirror. The shower also features a handheld shower head for your comfort.

Bedroom 4 (Master) features a king size pillow top bed, large sliding glass door patio access, a love seat couch, a lighted ceiling fan, a mirrored dresser with two night stands and an armoire with a 32" LCD HDTV controlled by Amazon Firestick.  The ensuite bathroom is spacious and well appointed. It features a marble counter top and a large two person shower with a privacy wall. To ensure your level of comfort, the bathroom also has a large window with privacy glass.

Outside there is plenty of seating and a 19" LCD HDTV controlled by Amazon Firestick, a gas barbecue grill and an outdoor refrigerator with ice dispenser all under a covered veranda with 3 lighted ceiling fans.  The large 15' x 30' (heatable) swimming pool is screened and private.  There is also lighting around the pool screen enclosure to provide ambience!

Behind the pool there is a gated open yard area for the kids to play with a large avocado shade tree and a kids swing set.  There is also seating under avocado table to watch kids play.

The home also features a covered carport area that houses an outdoor ping pong table and grand foosball table so your family can get their tournament on!

There is also another driveway with an uncovered carport in the rear of the home that can fit two additional vehicles which is accessible by the rear alley way.
